IGAF POLARIS
PSB Boisjoli LLP is an independent member of IGAF Polaris, a global association of independent accounting firms and business advisors.
IGAF Polaris does not and cannot offer any professional services to clients.
The powerful new global accounting association was formed out of the merger of Polaris International, Fidunion, and IGAF Worldwide. PSB Boisjoli was an independent member of IGAF Worldwide for over 25 years prior to the merger.
Each independent member of IGAF Polaris is a separate firm and an independent legal entity. IGAF Polaris is not a partnership and independent member firms are not acting as agents of IGAF Polaris or other independent member firms.
The independent member firms of the merged IGAF Polaris will have combined annual revenue of over US$2.3 billion, with 2,200 partners, 17,000 employees, and more than 800 offices in 85 countries around the globe, making the combined group one of the largest associations of independent accounting firms in the world. The firm now has significant new global resources to offer its clients. The substantial increase in size for the merged association will enhance PSB Boisjoli’s ability to provide expertise and resources to meet growing client needs, both internationally and domestically.
PSB Boisjoli Inc., formerly known as H.H. Davis & Assoc. Inc. was founded in 1994 by Herbert H. Davis, Trustee, specializing in corporate restructuring. The team of four trustees has over 35 years of experience in the field of insolvency.
