Howard M. Oksenberg manages an extensive practice in assurance and consultation. He has an expertise in tax strategy for businesses and shareholders. His experience of over 25 years extends to the real estate domain as well as cross-border real estate transactions.

Howard joined PSB in 2005 as a partner. He obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1981.
