Herbert H. Davis is president of H.H. Davis & Assoc. Inc., PSB’s financial reorganization and insolvency group. He has been practicing in the field of insolvency and corporate recovery for over thirty years and has developed an expertise in the realm of commercial reorganization and restructuring. He is responsible for the financial administration of the firm.

Herb obtained his trustee license in 1982. He was a partner in a national firm for over ten years before joining the partnership at PSB in 1994.

Member of a national “think tank”, the Insolvency Institute of Canada; the Canadian Association Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CIRP); and the Turnaround Management Association.
