Sam Spatari manages an important practice in assurance and consultation. He serves a diverse entrepreneurial client base with a focus in manufacturing, high technology and distribution. He has an extensive knowledge in financing, taxation, tax credits and advising clients on key strategic decisions. He is responsible for the Professional Standards department of PSB Boisjoli’s Assurance group.

Sam joined PSB in 1988, obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 1990 and was welcomed to the partnership in 1997.

Member of l’Ordre des comptables agréés du Québec and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
