Herbert Davis is president of PSB Boisjoli Inc., formerly HH Davis & Assoc. Inc., the insolvency and corporate restructuring advisory division of the firm. Foremost in the field, his reputation stems from his ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems. He tackles distressful situations by using his extensive business experience to leverage his team’s skills to find the most well crafted solutions. A specialist in the reorganization and restructuring of businesses, he offers financial institutions and creditors a number of services, including:

Assessing the viability of the business, its operations and its securities
Loan pre-approval due diligence and diagnostics
Investigating commercial fraud
Securing loan guarantees as receiver and agent (in receivership)
Monitoring and reporting on performance
Proposals and bankruptcies in virtue of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

Herb earned his trustee license in 1982. Before joining PSB Boisjoli in 1994, he worked at a nationally reputed accounting firm for over 10 years where he practiced in the field of insolvency and corporate restructuring advisory.

Herb participates in the financial administration of PSB Boisjoli. He is a member of the Insolvency Institute of Canada, a national think tank.
