History

Founded by Morton Ptack, Robert Schnarch and Ellis Basevitz, PSB provided traditional accounting services, focusing mainly on manufacturing and distribution businesses.

2006

PSB grew to a firm of 100 people and continued to prosper thanks to its well-known reputation in the greater Montreal area.

2008

PSB Boisjoli was created from the merger of PSB and Boisjoli Sabbag on January 1st, 2008. These two well established firms joined forces of approximately 130 people; becoming one of the leaders in the accounting sector in Quebec.
