Patrick joined the firm in 1998 and was welcomed into the partnership in 2005. Young, dynamic and ambitious, upon obtaining his Chartered Accountant (CA) designation he immediately set out to obtain his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations. He obtained his MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich Executive MBA program offered by the Schulich School of Business (York University) and the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
In addition to providing business valuation and litigation support services, Patrick specializes in tax credits for scientific research and experimental development (SR & ED), leading a team of accountants and engineers in identifying the eligibility of projects, and planning and implementing financial and technical reports. He has also built an accounting and auditing client base and is involved in several other fields including corporate reorganizations, due diligence mandates and transfer pricing. He always provides thoughtful guidance and advice, whether to his clients or the firm.
