PSB Boisjoli is presently searching for a rising star to join its team. The Human Resource Department is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor to complement its team.

This position will give the successful candidate a unique opportunity to apply and further develop his/her HR skills as it relates to the HR profession. The variety of tasks will provide exposure to many interesting and challenging situations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-President of Human Resources, Operations & Administration in all day-to-day HR activities as well as specific projects throughout the year.

The qualifying candidate will manage/coordinate the following, amongst others:

  • Source active and passive candidates through headhunting and referrals
  • Interview and identify potential candidates
  • Work closely with Partners/Team Leaders
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates
  • Prepare job postings
  • Work with the Marketing Department to strategize recruitment efforts on social media outlets
  • Participate in the preparation of campus recruitment process (cocktails, firm tours, presentations, etc.)
  • Assist in HR projects as assigned


  • Post-secondary education accreditation with HR specialty or related academics
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated recruitment experience (professional industry an asset)
  • Bilingualism (French and English – excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Ability to deal with people and situations sensitively, tactfully and confidentially
  • Ability to deliver results when working independently and with others
  • Positive work ethic and integrity
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and LinkedIn/Recruiter
  • Available to work extra hours, as required
