Anna Maria Del Ciancio,
Principal

Anna Maria Del Ciancio joined PSB BOISJOLI as a student in 1997 where she began her career in audit and assurance services.  In 2001, she was promoted to Manager and was responsible for providing assurance and tax services to private companies in diverse industries. In 2009, she transferred to the Standards Department due to her strong technical competencies in accounting and assurance, where she continues to pursue her passion for quality. In 2025, Anna Maria was promoted to Principal Standards.

With almost 30 years of experience in accounting and assurance, Anna Maria is a valuable member of the Standards Department, where she specializes in Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises and Not-For-Profit Organizations as well as assurance standards. The Department ensures that the Rules of Professional Conduct/Code of Ethics and accounting and assurance standards are adhered to on engagements. Furthermore, the Department ensures the Firm’s commitment to quality through the creation and delivery of accounting and assurance internal trainings, tools and methodologies for the development of the Firm’s professionals.

Anna Maria plays an important role in both the Firm’s Accounting and Assurance and Caseware Committees as well as in the implementation of software tools and templates to improve efficiency.
