Career Path and Expertise
Jason Rickaby made his PSB BOISJOLI debut as a summer intern in 2004. Throughout the past 15 years at the firm, he has advanced from Manager (2011) to Senior Manager (2018), with a recent appointment to Partner in 2021.
Jason handles files for private companies, with a focus on audit, assurance and taxation services. Committed to success, the seasoned professional always takes the time to get to know each client’s needs before he devises a targeted, nuanced and effective approach.
Jason has developed expertise in manufacturing, distribution, retail, real estate, transportation, and investments. He also benefits from extensive knowledge in pension plans, as well as in income tax services for businesses and individuals.
During his time with the firm, Jason has taken on a leadership role, both within the Audit and Assurance division, and throughout the entire firm. Fully devoted to his team’s ongoing learning, Jason always ensures that his staff have access to everything they need in terms of professional development and human resources. He regularly organizes training sessions for his division, in addition to offering valuable and on-the-job guidance.
