Sam Spatari has over 25 years of experience as a chartered professional accountant. He joined PSB BOISJOLI in 1988 as an intern, became a Chartered Accountant in 1990 and made partner in 1997.
Sam provides consulting services to private companies operating primarily in the manufacturing, retail, real estate, distribution and technology sectors. Over the years, he has developed extensive knowledge in taxation, and corporate finance. His extensive knowledge in accounting and taxation, including financial reporting, government assistance and tax credits make him a valuable asset to his loyal clients and the firm alike.
Sam’s strengths lie in his ability to meet the needs of his varied clientele and his sound business sense. As an experienced strategic advisor, Sam strives towards improving the profitability of a business while ensuring that long-term planning goals and development needs are also met. Sam’s analytical mind and creative way of thinking provides him with the ability to find solutions to difficult problems that arise in the ever-changing marketplace. Sam is an active member of our Executive Committee since 2014.
